Nuts?

Uhm...ok, of all the things I've seen, this seems to be the funniest. We were eating dim sum with my parents and my aunt, who came to visit for the weekend...we were sitting and waiting for our food when my wifey points out to me the menu...I've seen weirdness like snake or snails but chinese nuts?! I know, I know, it's not what I think it is, but to the casual viewer, what are they supposed to think it is?

Of course I didn't order it...=P
